About therapy
Have you experienced something that makes it hard to find your way?
Are you feeling lost, alone, unsure of where to turn or how to make sense of the world and your experiences?
Are you longing for deeper connection and self-understanding?
Counselling and therapy can offer a powerful space to explore these journeys.
How I work
I offer open-ended one-to-one therapy for adults (18+). As a person-centred therapist, I believe what you need for your journey is within you, and that if you're ready and find the right companion, you can find your way to change or healing - whatever that may look like for you. This means I won't offer advice or tell you what to do, but I’ll work with you to build a curious space and stay alongside you through whatever your process brings. I will place the unique relationship between us at the centre of our work together. I'm not someone who knows or has heard it all, but I'm always open and excited to learn from you and explore new ways we can work together.
Who I work with
I'm autistic, blind, and queer, and my journey to and through this work emerges from the wounds and fractures of my own life. I have particular interest and experience in working with survivors of abuse, those who are marginalised and silenced, and those feeling the pain of the ecological, social, and political crises unfolding in our world.
Let’s talk
If you find that any of this resonates with you, please get in touch. We can book a free 30-minute call to get to know each other and see if we both feel we could work well together.
Sessions & fees
It's very important to me that everyone who wants therapy is able to access it. Therefore, I offer sessions on a sliding scale with £40 per 50-minute session being my standard fee.
By paying my standard rate, you will be supporting me to continue offering inclusive rates to others. However, please get in touch and we can discuss the fee that's right for you.
Thank you for visiting, and if you choose to get in touch, I look forward to hearing from you.
